Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Mech &
Robotics Technician to join our team. Your role will involve
completing preventative maintenance routines, troubleshooting
electrical and mechanical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation
of all Material Handling Equipment (MHE). You will also track and
manage department inventory and may occasionally travel up to 20%
of the time. Responsibilities Complete preventative maintenance
routines with proper documentation. Troubleshoot electrical and
mechanical problems related to all Material Handling Equipment,
including belts, motors, photo-eyes, and relays. Track and store
department inventory. Work flexible schedules, including weekends,
nights, and holidays. Essential Skills Experience with Material
Handling Equipment safety standards in accordance with Original
Equipment Manufacturer and safety standards. Experience with a
Computerized Maintenance Management System. Experience with robotic
or electromechanical operation and maintenance. Ability to
troubleshoot basic input and output functions. Additional Skills &
Qualifications Associates or higher degree from a vocational school
or college in the Mechanical or Electrical field. 2 years of
experience with automated conveyor systems and controls. 2 years of
experience in the repair of material handling equipment. 2 years of
experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance
procedures. 1 year of experience in metal and wood fabrication. 1
year of experience in blueprint and electrical schematic reading. 1
year of knowledge in electrical and electronic principles,
robotics, assembly, and preventive maintenance. Project Management

You will work in a challenging environment that may include small
spaces, dust, fumes, hot or cold temperatures, noise, vibration,
and wet or uneven surfaces. This role requires physical activities
such as bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing on concrete for
long hours. You will also need to be comfortable lifting parts and
tools weighing up to 49 pounds. Job Type & Location This is a
Contract position based out of Windsor, CT. Pay and Benefits The
pay range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility
requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to
change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program
