Job Description Job Description Maintenance Manager We are
seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance
operations at a manufacturing site. This role is responsible for
ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production and
facility equipment while driving preventive maintenance and
continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and
manage the Maintenance Department, including budgets, staffing, and
KPIs Oversee preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and
improve asset reliability Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, GMP,
and food safety standards Manage vendors, contractors, CMMS, and
spare parts inventory Partner with Production, Engineering,
Quality, and Safety teams Lead root cause analysis and reliability
improvement efforts Qualifications 4 years of industrial
maintenance experience in manufacturing/packaging 2 years in a
maintenance leadership role (food manufacturing preferred) Strong
knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems
Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning Proven leadership and
communication skills Preferred Technical degree or certification
Experience with TPM, Lean, or predictive maintenance To view all of
