Description We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join
our team. You will play a vital role in interpreting blueprints and
technical drawings, programming CNC machines, and ensuring the
production of high-quality components. Responsibilities Interpret
blueprints and technical drawings. Program CNC machines using
CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, GibbsCAM, and SolidWorks. Set
up machines, load raw materials, and conduct test runs. Modify
programs for efficiency and adapt to new requirements. Inspect
finished components using precision measuring tools. Maintain
safety standards and troubleshoot machine issues. Document programs
and maintain records. Set up CNC mills, including tooling and work
holding. Perform milling, drilling, and deburring operations.
Adjust programs at the machine and maintain tooling. Read
blueprints and use measuring devices like calipers and micrometers.
Maintain a clean and organized shop according to 5S standards.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and documentation. Essential
Skills Minimum 7 years experience with 4- and 5-axis machining.
Strong CNC machining. Extensive CNC programming experience. Strong
attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work
independently and meet deadlines. Physical ability to stand for
long periods and lift heavy objects. Additional Skills &
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree
or certifications preferred. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
Familiarity with multi-axis machining. Knowledge of GD&T and
precision tolerances. Ability to work and communicate effectively

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr. Eligibility
requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to
