Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment, including 3-phase motors, conveyors, and presses. Your role will involve electrical troubleshooting across various voltages and PLC and robotics troubleshooting with Fanuc and ABB systems. You will also conduct preventive maintenance when not responding to breakdowns. Responsibilities Maintain and repair production equipment such as conveyors, presses, and 3-phase motors. Troubleshoot electrical issues at 480, 277, 120, and 24V DC levels. Conduct PLC and robotics troubleshooting, particularly with Fanuc and ABB systems. Perform hydraulic and pneumatic repairs. Complete daily preventive maintenance tasks. Essential Skills Experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to test 12V and 24V DC controls and 480V AC systems. Proficiency in reading schematics and ladder logic. 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience with an associate's degree or 10 years of experience without a degree. Additional Skills & Qualifications Multi-skilled in electrical (480V), mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Welding (MIG) and conduit bending experience are a plus. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a large, highly automated Tier 1 automotive supplier facility. The environment is non-temperature controlled, making it very hot year-round, but it is clean and well-lit. Protective long-sleeve jackets are required in certain areas. You will work with equipment such as robots, conveyors, pumps, presses, and ovens. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of VERSAILLES, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $34.00/hr.
