Volt is immediately hiring for Wiring Tech in North Haven, CT. Job

you will: Assemble wire harnesses and electrical assemblies by
connecting wires to components, plugs, or terminal strips,
following complex wiring diagrams and technical instructions.
Bundle and label cables to ensure organized harnesses that meet
industry standards. Select wires based on specified color,
markings, and length. Operate crimping tools and other equipment to
secure connections. Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal
performance. Verify wiring accuracy and integrity using testers;
identify and remove defective components. Ensure compliance with
technical regulations, local, and national electrical codes.
Demonstrate strong diagram interpretation skills and familiarity
with electrical components in a production environment. Construct
wire harnesses and assemblies with precision and attention to
detail. This is a Full time opportunity. The ideal Wiring Tech will
have: Wiring Experience Able to read Diagrams/Schematics
Comfortable reading a tap measure Has experience utilizing hand
tools Able to stand for long periods of time Able to lift up to 50
pounds Pay Rate: $21/hr. *Pay range offered to a successful
candidate will be based on several factors, including the
candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job
