Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Associate Job Description As a Production Associate, you will be trained across multiple departments and processes within our facility. You will gain exposure to a variety of manufacturing techniques and play a vital role in producing high-quality aerospace components. Responsibilities Operate and maintain equipment for Gate Grinding, Shell Removal/DeWaxing, Sand Blasting, Roto Filing, and Knock Out Operations. Support foundry operations by ensuring the smooth flow of production processes. Conduct inspections and adhere to safety protocols to maintain high-quality standards. Assist in assembly, packing, and shipping & receiving tasks. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic machine operations. Essential Skills Experience with hand tools and general labor in a production environment. Ability to work in a physically demanding setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Willingness to learn new skills through hands-on training. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Team-oriented attitude. Ability to lift up to 75lbs. Experience with machine operations, forklift, and power tools is a plus. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
