Description We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists for both day and
overnight shifts to join our team. In this role, you will work with
aerospace and medical industry products, performing setups, running
and troubleshooting machinery, maintaining tight tolerances, and
inspecting products. Responsibilities Perform complex setups and
operate CNC machinery. Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
Maintain tight tolerances (/- thousandths of an inch). Conduct
product inspections to ensure quality. Communicate effectively with
the engineering team. Complete necessary paperwork and maintain
safety regulations. Report defective materials or processes. Adapt
to changing customer demands. Essential Skills Minimum of 2 years
of experience with CNC Milling or Lathe. Experience with CNC Mill
or Lathe setups and operations. Ability to troubleshoot machinery.
Experience with tight tolerances. Experience working with aluminum
or stainless steel. Proficiency in using micrometers and calipers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Swiss Machinery
is highly desirable. Ability to make light edits and zero out a

and Benefits The pay range for this position is $49920.00 -
$72800.00/yr. We are one of the largest and most well-versed CNC
shops in Western MA, serving a mixed bag of aerospace, medical, and
robotics industries. With over 200 employees, we offer a lot of
