Job Description Aerotek's client is seeking dedicated Manufacturing
Associates to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you
will receive comprehensive training across various departments and
processes within our facility. You will work in areas such as Gate
Grinding, Shell Removal/DeWaxing, Sand Blasting, Roto Filing, Knock
Out Operations, and Foundry Support. You will gain exposure to a
variety of manufacturing techniques and play a vital role in
producing high-quality aerospace components. Responsibilities
Operate hand tools and machinery effectively. Engage in general
labor and production tasks. Perform inspections and troubleshooting
as needed. Participate in assembly, packing, and shipping &
receiving. Utilize power tools for various processes. Support the
foundry operations. Handle physically demanding tasks, including
lifting up to 75lbs. Essential Skills Experience with hand tools
and machinery. General labor and production skills. Ability to work
in a physically demanding environment. Willingness to learn new
skills hands-on. Strong attention to detail and safety. Additional
Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Team-oriented attitude. Experience in machine operation,

Contract to Hire position based out of Groton, CT. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility
requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to
change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program
