Job Duties- Repairs and maintains boats and watercraft in marine service facility: Examines, diagnoses and repairs a wide range of marine engines. Checks in and keeps Shop Foremen informed of on going service orders Ability to rig new motors and set up new sales boats and watercraft Helps maintain rental fleet Works closely with Shop Foremen and other certified technicians Qualifications and Certifications Experience as an service technician Motivated Attention to detail Eager to learn and earn necessary certifications Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on certifications and experience. Additional Compensation include; Commission, Bonuses, Store Discounts Benefits: Health insurance, Retirement plan, Paid time off, Flexible schedule, Tuition reimbursement Schedule: Full-time, 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime in season, weekends required in Season Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week This Job Is: A job for which military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply Open to applicants under 18 years old, provided it is legally allowed for the job and location Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: Naples, ME 04055 (Required) Work Location: In person
