Job Description Job Description Salary: $22.00-$40.00 WERE HIRING! FULL-TIME Service & Repair Technician Join a trusted, family-owned company with 45 years in the hearth & spa industry! What Youll Do Service & maintain wood, gas & pellet stoves, fireplaces, and hot tubs Troubleshoot mechanical & electrical issues (Residential & Commercial) Respond to work orders professionally and on time Keep accurate account of open work orders Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships Keep accurate account of open work orders and daily service reports Address client concerns and provide timely follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction Perform diagnostics and preventative maintenance checks Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work vehicle Communicate effectively with team members, dispatch, and management Educate customers on proper usage and maintenance of their systems What Were Looking For Mechanical aptitude well train you! Light plumbing/electrical experience = highly preferred Hot tub experience a plus!
