fabricates complex jet engine parts, components and assemblies for
leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation

Description: This role will be customer-facing while also managing
communication and coordination across internal teams and outside
suppliers. The goal is to improve customer satisfaction, streamline
communication, and support on-time delivery of NPI and production
parts. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our
Manchester, CT facility. Essential Responsibilities: Serve as the
primary contact for customers regarding order status, delivery
schedules, and program updates. Coordinate with engineering,
operations, quality, and purchasing to ensure customer requirements
are met. Support NPI schedules by proactively communicating updates
to customers. Monitor and expedite hardware with purchasing to
ensure production and delivery commitments are met. Track and
follow up on outside processing (plating, heat treat, special
processing), coordinating with purchasing to resolve bottlenecks.
Seek opportunities to improve communication flow, efficiency, and
overall customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in
business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred (or equivalent
work experience). 2 years of experience in customer service, supply
chain, or program coordination in a manufacturing environment
(aerospace strongly preferred). Familiarity with ERP systems
(Epicor Kinetic experience a plus). Proficiency with Microsoft
Excel and MS Office tools. Strong organizational skills with the
ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills for interaction with customers, suppliers, and
internal teams. Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving
