Job Description Job Description Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking a Facilities Technician 2 to join their team. As a Facilities Technician 2, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Facilities Technician 2 Location: Oxford, OH Pay Range: Depends on experience Shift: Wed, Thurs, Fri 10am-6:30pm Sat & Sun 6am-2:30pm What's the Job? Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures. Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation. Record readings and make adjustments to ensure proper operation of equipment. Use appropriate tools to troubleshoot simple AC/DC electrical circuits and HVAC systems. Perform repairs and maintenance on building components, including plumbing, electrical, and structural elements. What's Needed? Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or related field. Hands-on knowledge of handyman tasks, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems, including CMMS. Strong work ethic, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
