Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production-Clean Room Assembler Job Description Join a dynamic team in the assembly and distribution of small medical devices, focusing on achieving target production levels and maintaining high product quality in a clean and organized environment. Responsibilities Inspect parts, pack products, and perform quality control. Assemble tubes used in IV bags for medical facilities. Make minor repairs to tooling and equipment to maintain product quality. Conduct inspection of parts and complete paperwork on batch control. Perform duties safely and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices. Essential Skills Previous manufacturing experience. Experience with measurements and math. Ability to learn, comprehend and implement Lock Out/Tag Out procedures. Adherence to safety and quality procedures. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience as an assembler, packer, or machine operator. Familiarity with electronic assembly and quality inspection. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a clean room warehouse environment that requires gowning, specific attire including new shoes, and adherence to strict contamination prevention protocols. The environment is team-oriented with opportunities to move across different lines and responsibilities. Shifts include 1st shift from 6 am to 2 pm, and 2nd shift from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm, with occasional extended hours. Collaborate with other shifts, engineering, quality, and management teams, and operate equipment/tools with precision following production orders. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Oxford, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr.
