With strong technical expertise in semiconductor production inspection systems and SMT inspection equipment , we supply advanced inspection solutions to customers worldwide. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Field Service Engineer to join our growing team in Oxford, Connecticut. Requirements Key Responsibilities Install, commission, and maintain semiconductor and SMT inspection equipment at customer sites Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting Respond to customer service requests and technical inquiries Collaborate with headquarters (HQ), sales teams, and customers to ensure smooth project execution Travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required Qualifications Associate’s Degree (AA, AS, AAS) or Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Engineering or related field English proficiency required; Korean language skills preferred Basic computer skills (Windows, Excel, Word) Willingness to travel within and outside the U.S. Entry-level candidates welcome (training provided) Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. citizen or permanent resident preferred) Benefits Compensation & Benefits Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 (Negotiable based on experience) Health Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Vacation
