DOE! This position is a direct hire opportunity! Integrity Trade
Services is hiring a CNC Repair Specialist for our manufacturing
client to start immediately up to $28/hr DOE! Receive comprehensive
benefits through our client upon hire! Responsibilities: The CNC
Repair Specialist will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing,
and calibrating various machines and equipment, including all
mechanical, electrical, and electronic components and controls.
Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of standard and complex
machines and equipment using diagnostic tools such as voltage
meters, ohm meters, phase rotation testers, micrometers, torque
wrenches, gauge blocks, precision squares, oscilloscopes, and laser
alignment devices. Interpret and work from technical drawings,
specifications, and schematics. Accurately fit bearings and
spindles, align machine components, and perform scraping where
necessary. Fabricate and machine complex replacement parts
requiring precise setups and operations. Perform electrical
installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant systems,
circuits, and equipment in compliance with codes. Diagnose and
repair electronic controls with an understanding of relay logic,
digital logic, ladder diagrams, and schematics. Coordinate with
outside vendors or service technicians as needed to resolve
equipment or control issues. Carry out millwright duties to
install, rewire, or remove machinery and equipment. Assist other
maintenance technicians with complex problems and determine
corrective actions. Operate a forklift as needed and be available
for emergency repairs during non-standard hours. Follow all
lockout/tagout procedures and maintain a clean, organized work
area. Adhere to all departmental policies and perform additional
duties as assigned. Location: Brookfield, WI Schedule/Shift Details
: 1st Shift- 6am-2pm M-F Qualifications: Comprehensive knowledge of
mechanical and electrical maintenance principles, including setting
up and operating machine tools to fabricate repair parts. In-depth
understanding of plant equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems,
and electronic controls typically obtained through a full
apprenticeship program plus 4–5 years of maintenance experience.
Ability to read, interpret, and apply blueprints, shop routings,
and engineering documentation. Strong mechanical and electrical
troubleshooting skills. Solid understanding of basic math and
trigonometry. OSHA certifications preferred. Benefits: Our range of
