development and day-to-day project delivery of our water and
waste-to-energy treatment services, including on-going system
operations and maintenance, throughout the United States.Serve as a
key leader in successfully managing and delivering projects,
programs and initiatives for all of the team---s United States
business operations.Manage P&L and revenue growth for the
United States territory, as well as related reporting and analysis
of financial profitability, utilization, administrative costs,
annual budgeting and business development to management.Collaborate
across functions and partner with internal sales, process design
and engineering, procurement, project management and financial
controls team members to ensure that projects are delivered
according to client schedules and in line with financial budget
targets. Provide leadership and guidance on the development and
implementation of key projects, business segment plans and
strategies, and policy development throughout the United
States.Oversee and play a key role in the direct outreach and
solicitation of third-party vendors, key equipment suppliers and
fabricators as needed to support proposal and active project
efforts.Work in partnership with the sales team to provide direct
outreach and clear communication to clients at all stages of a
project life cycle.Work closely with internal and external EH&S
resources to ensure that safety policies, procedures and training
programs are implemented and prioritized by all team members.Build,
develop and maintain relationships with clients, as well as key
internal and external stakeholders.Lead the communication of future
and current project updates to all internal and external
stakeholders, highlighting specific items to be addressed and
providing guidance as appropriate.Partner with HR to lead talent
planning efforts, establish trends and forecasts for both current
and future resource needs, ensure operations are staffed to
maximize performance and delivery of services, and oversee the
training, mentoring and development or direct and/or indirect
reports.Solicit feedback from the leadership team to identify gaps
and propose corrective action plans, including mechanisms to
evaluate progress; ensures that lessons learned are fully
documented and incorporated for future initiatives.Identify and
implement opportunities for improved organizational effectiveness
and increased productivity within the operational business
lines.Keep up-to-date and current on industry trends by completing
formal training, reviewing professional publications, and attending
professional workshops.Practice safe work practices by following
all Company safety rules and OSHA regulations, including attendance
at all required safety and training programs.Partner with the Legal
Department to ensure contract review and approval is completed, as
applicable.Perform other duties as assigned.NECESSARY
QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, individuals must be
able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The
requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge,
skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be

and responsibilities.15 years of experience with water/vapor
treatment technologies, water, wastewater or biogas treatment
systems, construction methodologies, civil works and services
engineering10 years of related work experience; ideally with 7
years of direct--- work experience in a business management
capacity, including all aspects of managing a P&L, process
development, and execution of engineering, procurement and
construction (EPC) contractsDemonstrated experience with
estimating, executing and delivering comprehensive treatment system
projects within the water, wastewater or waste
industries.Demonstrated experience with estimation, fabrication,
engineering, design, procurement, construction and long-term
operations and maintenance servicesDemonstrated ability to
interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of
personnel/managementExcellent computer application skills (Word,
Excel, Outlook, Google, MS Project)Willingness and ability to
travel as needed (domestic and/or international)PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONSExperience working in a consultancy or start-up
organizationMaster---s Degree in Business, Engineering,
Environmental Science or a related disciplineProfessional
Engineering registration or related certificationThe above
