Job Description:

There's a brand new and great paying opportunity that just opened up with a very well-known financial services client of ours. This company is seeking a talented Advertising Operations Manager to join the Marketing Technology (MarTech) team. This person will help with configuring, executing, and optimizing campaigns in which these MarTech tools are used. They will be looked upon as the expert on these tools and will advise on how best to use the MarTech tools in maximizing the experience to the customer/consumer. This will be at least a 6-month contract with the opportunity to extend or convert to full-time. Yes, it's a 100% remote opportunity! The right candidate must be able to work 9-5 EST hours.

Responsibilities Understanding current capabilities and gaps within the Marketing technology and advertising technology ecosystem, including, but not limited to:
Data connectivity between data sets (e.g., Adobe, ad serving)
Data access
Data governance and documentation
Organizational capabilities, training, and ongoing education
Remediation plan to address short- (60 days), mid- (120 days), and long- (120+ days) term solutions to address gaps in each of the above areas, where applicable
For 2022 planning, the Retainer Team will provide key inputs into identified gaps, resource opportunities, and required tools and technology capabilities
Documentation for best practices for owned and paid media activation based on the Institutional Marketing and advertising technology ecosystem, including, but not limited to, dissemination of training and educational material to onboarding IIG team members
Preparation of materials for internal IIG meetings or with marketing and advertising ecosystem partners
Operating Adobe Analytics (AA), Adobe Audience Manager (AAM), and Adobe Target (AT)
These analyses include building traits and segments within AAM, identifying traits and segments in AA to connect to AAM and AT, etc.
Partnering with Experience Design to create the personalization in AA, AAM, AT
Partnering with Campaign Specialists to inform ad buying for betting targeting
Must have 3+ years of Adobe Marketing Cloud experience
Must have experience with Adobe Target, Audience Manager, Launch, and Experience Manager
Successful track record in transforming and modernizing marketing/advertising
Strong current understanding of the multi-channel campaign ecosystem
Deep expertise in advertising personalization and marketing technologies
Team management experience
Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required
