Our company is growing fast toward $100M revenue with goals of $500M in revenue and beyond in the near future. Our entire business is digital, direct-to-consumer e-commerce. The Project Manager will play a critical role in our business as we continue to expand on our brands and products for our customers. We need an experienced Project Manager to help not only coordinate but lead collaboration on behalf of the executing teams for the fast run of projects we are and will be undertaking.

    Job Description
    • Primary goal is seeing product releases through coordinating
    • Secondary would be helping to push most critical, non-product-release related projects through
    • Works with multiple people and teams to ensure everything is delivered on time for optimal product releases
    • Alerts proper parties if help is needed to troubleshoot a problem or remove a roadblock
    • Initiates the start of a new project with proper team members
    • Builds a WBS and has an understanding of managing dependencies
    • Ideally is not new to product releases Qualifications
      • 3+ years working as an e-Commerce Project Manager or in a similar position
      • PMP or Scrum designation preferred OR 5+ years working as a PM or Scrum Master or in a similar position
      • Supplement experience or CPG experience, strongly preferred
      • Previous experience working in a direct response environment, strongly preferred
      • A minimum of 2-3 years working in e-commerce
      • A minimum of 1 product launch
      • A demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
      • A demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
      • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products, including Word & Excel.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Strong attention to detail
      • Experience working in Google docs & Slack a plus
      • Experience working in Microsoft Project a plus

        Hours

        9 am-5 pm Eastern Standard / New York City time zone. Hours are semi-flexible.

        JOB TYPE: Full-time

        PAY: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00

        Work Location: Fully Remote

        This role reports directly to the COO.
