Title: SaaS Go-to-Market Enablement Manager

Location: Remote in the US

Salary: $150-175K + Bonus Incentives

Our client was built for technology-forward organizations drawn to the benefits of a headless architecture but dissatisfied with the costs and complexity associated with adoption. The product eliminates the typical maintenance costs and infrastructure complexities related to going headless while accelerating their time-to-market. Unlike traditional commerce solutions, our product is built on event-driven and elastic core technology optimized for flexibility, performance, and customization.

The company is a venture-backed, fully remote company. Recently closing Series B round for $50m, our institutional investors.

The Role And Team

We are looking for an entrepreneurial GTM Enablement expert to build out our Enablement programs as we enter our hyper-growth phase. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, and a natural ability to develop strong relationships cross-functionally. You will be responsible for developing and continuously improving our onboarding programs, as well as continuous enablement programs to ensure that all members of the Go-to-Market team are growing their product, competitive and industry knowledge base. As our first Enablement hire reporting to the VP Sales, you will work with Leadership to develop the Enablement programs that will allow us to win, retain and grow our market share in this exploding market of headless/composable commerce.

First 90 Days

The Impact You Will Have:
Evaluate and optimize our GTM onboarding program(s)
Collaborate with Leadership to understand current enablement gaps and needs
Run your first new hire bootcamp
Become a product expert

First 6 Months
Deliver and Continuously optimize and improve our GTM onboarding programs
Collaborate with Product and Leadership on GTM enablement programs for new product launches
Build out and maintain a competitive intelligence enablement framework
Work with Leadership and Product Marketing to create and maintain a differentiation playbook for Sales & Customer Success teams
Organize and execute Go-to-Market Kickoff for 2022!

First 12 Months
Create a scorecard that helps quantify and measure a new hire's "time-to-fully-ramped"
Evaluate, decide on and build out a LMS and CMS system for GTM enablement resources
Contribute to improved close rates, sales prices and competitive win rates with continuous learning programs

Responsibilities Include
Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program
Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams
Provide effective onboarding and continuous enablement programs for sales reps
Facilitate content creation and use with Sales and Marketing teams
Plan, coordinate and execute team offsites and GTM Kickoffs
Maintain sales enablement library to ensure it is easily accessible and fresh
Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team

Skills & Qualifications
5+ years in an Enablement function at a SaaS company
Strong technical product knowledge and ability to communicate technical products in an easily digestible way for non-technical employees
Excellent listening and communication skills
Have worked at a Series Seed - Series C startup
Experience with a content management and learning management systems
Strategic, data-driven thinker

Have worked at SaaS company whose product is in the ecommerce, data or developer-tech spaces
