Responsibilities:

• Recruit and lead a team of engineers through hiring, coaching, mentoring, feedback and hands-on career development
• Manage timely delivery of software solutions to address business needs
• Advocate and advance modern, agile software development practices and help develop and evangelize great engineering and organizational practices
• Develop healthy, collaborative engineering culture in line with the company values
  Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of software development experience
  • Enjoy developing and growing talent
  • Strong software design skills
  • Experience with building high scaled systems
  • Experience with database design
  • Experience with JavaScript, Go (Golang), Python, Java, or C/C++
  • Openness to learning new programming languages
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as CircleCI and Jenkins
  • College degree in CS or related field
  • Experience with distributed systems
