Fortanix is looking for a Customer Success manager to ensure our
customers have world class experience. As CSM you will be the
trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of
customers. You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining
strong relationship, ensuring customers' successful adoption and
productive use of Fortanix' DSM solutions.
What you will deliver:
Own the Customer Success relationship with Fortanix customers
Help with customer onboarding and training, thus driving
Understand the customer's requirements, challenges, and what
business outcomes and value they are expecting from their
Develop and execute strategic account plans with a focus on
increasing product adoption and ensuring successful renewal
Conduct periodic Customer Business Reviews to ensure strategic
alignment for consistent and timely collaboration with
Work with Product and Marketing to educate customers on upcoming
product releases and updates.
Act as the main escalation point for business and technical issues,
providing centralized and dedicated ownership within Fortanix
Proactively monitor and track usage, products consumption gaps,
identify opportunities and address potential future issues
Monitor customer health, isolate problems and respond strategically
to mitigate risk.
Bachelor's degree in business or engineering, or equivalent work
5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or
Technical Support Engineering with a successful track record of
Strong collaboration, verbal and written communications, and
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a highly fast paced, rapid growth
Familiarity with HSM and crypto technology. Experience with HSM
from another company is a plus.
