experiences is enormous. The Role: As a Risk Operations Manager
within Credit and Fraud Risk, you must have a superior blend of
business, analytical, presentation, and project management skills,
and the ability to develop strong relationships with key business
partners. You will support the Credit and Fraud Risk team by
understanding the systems and tools needed to develop and implement
our Credit and Fraud Risk application strategies, along with
understanding the data sources we will use and the best approach
for integrating them into our core systems. You will work closely
with the Credit and Fraud Risk strategy analytics teams to adjust
existing and implement new acquisition strategies in our Decision
Engine. Primary Responsibilities: Experience integrating 3rd party
data providers for Credit and Fraud Risk acquisition for both Prime
and Subprime credit - focus on credit cards Recent experience
working with and developing in a Decision Engine within Financial
Services Implement developed credit and fraud rules and scores into
our real-time authorization Decision Engine Support development of
an optimized application flow with Acquisition Strategy team and
other internal partners Work closely with the strategy analytics
teams, implementing existing and new credit and fraud application
risk strategies Work closely with internal stakeholders to
understand and develop requirements for strategy rules Implement
into development, test, and production environments, provide proper
and complete testing (including regression testing) to ensure that
the implementation will perform as expected Document all work
undertaken in accordance with agreed standards Partner with our
database and reporting teams to provide data mapping requirements
for external data sources. Develop, maintain, and monitor
Fraud/Credit attributes from both external credit bureau data as
well as internal customer behavior data Support the development of
reports to monitor the performance of Credit and Fraud rules and
scores, and effectiveness of their use Qualifications 6-8 years of
relevant work experience with a Master's degree (preferred) in
Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or a
related quantitative field Experience in the bankcard industry at
an application/account level with experience using both Credit and
Fraud data providers Experience with decision engine/rules
management software Experience with reporting tools and basic
reporting Experience working with JSON/XML Credit Policy Analyst,
Decision System Analyst, Rules Developer preferred Experience with
query/analytic tools (SQL, Python, R) Superior communication,
organization, presentation and data visualization skills Proven
ability of multi-tasking and problem solving
