Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Intelligence Manager, to lead the way
and bring Talent Intelligence to life, which will enable us to
achieve ambitious hiring goals in a way that's inclusive,
equitable, and scales across our rapidly growing global enterprise.
This role will build out a new Talent Intelligence capability in
Talent Acquisition to support our continued transformation into an
insights-driven TA function. This is a unique position, given
talent is both LinkedIn's #1 operating priority and a primary
business line.
As part of the Platforms & Talent Intelligence team, this is a key
role that will help illustrate, analyze, forecast pipeline and top
of funnel trends. It will amplify our ability to predict pipeline
gaps and use data to fill them. The role will be the Talent
Intelligence lead within Recruiting, working directly with our TA
leadership team, People Analytics and cross-functional partners to
ensure we are meeting business needs and helping bring data
solutions to life. They will also help shape how LinkedIn TA lives
out being "Customer Zero" for LinkedIn Talent Insights, including
how we utilize LinkedIn's products and share these experiences with
TA peers and clients. We're looking for a builder, systems &
process thinker, data and research expert, and leader. If that

Responsibilities
Lead the discovery and strategy of an integrated Talent Insights
function primarily focused on Top of Funnel analysis and
research.
Utilizing LinkedIn Talent Insights and other data solutions to arm
TA at scale with the talent marketplace insights and competitive
intelligence to inform planning and in-flight recruiting decisions,
drive sourcing and attraction efforts, and act as strategic talent
advisors to the business.
Develop and execute against a Talent Intelligence roadmap comprised
of integrated LinkedIn and 3rd party data solutions, data analysis
and research in partnership with People Analytics.
Gather requirements and drive solutions in partnership with our
People Analytics team to integrate data from multiple source
systems to identify and deliver talent insights. Including
developing data-driven presentations or Ad Hoc research to support
decision-making for Talent Acquisition Leaders.
Partner with People Analytics, Talent Performance Engineering (HR
Technology), HR Operations and HR Enablement to support and evolve
existing Analytics solutions so our end users can experience a
cohesive and consistent way to access all People related data.
Manage and hire a research analyst role to help operationalize and
support the Talent Intelligence strategy and road map. Continually
evaluate and refine analytical approaches, processes, and
operations to ensure your team is providing the highest level of
impact. All while supporting their performance, growth, and

Regularly engage with TA leaders and managers to develop deep
context about the organization, drive priorities around the most
important business needs and be seen as a trusted advisor in this
space.

Basic Qualifications
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Talent Intelligence and/or Analytics with
experience in the Recruiting space and top of funnel research
2-3+ years of leadership and management experience
2+ years of experience with data manipulation tools (e.g. Excel,
SQL, Tableau, Splunk etc) or business intelligence tools (Tableau,
PowerBi, Visier etc).
Preferred Qualifications
Outstanding leadership, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate and influence at all levels of
the organization, and drive decisions using metrics and data.
Strong familiarity with different TA technologies (e.g., ATS, CRMs,
LinkedIn Talent Solutions) and specific solutions. Knowledge of and
relationships in the TA tech ecosystem are a plus
Strong Understanding of talent analytics, including talent market
data and talent acquisition needs and use cases
Ability to succeed in a highly collaborative team environment with
multiple in-flight initiatives and stakeholders, meeting needs
while managing expectations to enable prioritization and focus
Exceptional communication skills and the demonstrated ability to
communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, and
results-orientated environments that demand excellence

As required by C.R.S.
8-5-201(2): (Colorado only) The minimum pay for this role is
$103,000/yr. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array
of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to
skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific
office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of
labor considerations.
The total compensation package for this position may also include
annual performance bonus, stock and benefits. For additional
