Experian Partner Solutions (EPS) is a leading provider of credit education, credit data and identity management solutions for businesses and their consumers. In 2016, Experian acquired Austin-based CSID, which was founded in 2006 by a few serial entrepreneurs with a passion for helping consumers protect something they treasure most - their identity. The company evolved into a fast-growing cybersecurity startup helping businesses, both large and small, and 30+ million consumers (including families) with identity/fraud protection and data breach recovery (think Fortune 500 retailer gets hacked and credit card numbers get stolen).

The EPS Product team is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead and oversee our Commercial Products (B2B2C) related to lead generation and prequalification. This role will manage the full lifecycle of EPS lead gen products and features available to Experian partners and their customers.

Key areas of responsibility include managing existing lead gen products and developing new value props that help clients acquire customers into their credit offers. This includes product research, gathering and defining product requirements, competitive market analysis, working in partnership with internal & external stakeholders, UX/UI designers, technology teams, and guiding projects through the entire software product development lifecycle. The role requires someone who is used to operating at a fast pace, is comfortable with change and team/customer feedback, can oversee several large projects with direction from stakeholders, is detail oriented, drives for results and has a high standard for quality.

What You'll Be Doing

Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Client facing product / Innovation
• Own the product strategy and roadmap of our emerging lead generation and offer products. This role will heavily focus on understanding how Experian can help clients better manage their credit offer decisioning capabilities and the best practices in user experience that drive conversion into credit offers and similarly positioned products (i.e. credit cards, personal loans, insurance, etc.)
• Surface competitive landscape, industry trends, strategic partner capabilities, and internal capabilities to develop the product strategy of existing and new innovative solutions to increase credit offer acquisition and client adoption.
• Champion credit product initiatives for prioritization and development across Experian business units; act as a key product expert, evangelist, and advocate for initiatives, programs, and projects.
• Define, document, and articulate detailed product and business requirements for new products and major enhancements, including but not limited to functional and non-functional requirements, partner and consumer use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Champion qualitative and quantitative research, using partner and consumer insights as inputs and feedback loops to the product concept and UX process as appropriate.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams on all stages of the product development lifecycle process to ensure that the specified product, enhancement, or functionality meets customer expectations and is released on time with quality.
• Partner with UX design and engineering leadership to ensure delivery of scalable solutions that delight consumers and partners
  Qualifications
  
  WHAT YOUR BACKGROUND LOOKS LIKE
  
  • Knowledge of how lenders manage their offer decisioning strategies and criteria to drive adoption into their credit product (i.e. credit card, personal loans, etc.) as well as the consumer experiences that are used to promote/optimize conversion.
  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager delivering enterprise-scale solutions
  • 3+ years of experience working on data, analytics or machine-learning products
  • Prior experience in Lead Gen/prequalification/credit underwriting.
  • Proven track record of launching new product and managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate the goals of a product or feature to internal stakeholders
  • Passion for design and usability coupled with a strong technical aptitude
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an exceptionally strong attention to detail
  • Curious, self-motivated thinker; always asks why and strives until the answer is clear
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple, time critical projects and prioritize responsibilities in line with business objectives
  • A 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
