Vice President, Operations - State/Local Public Sector (US Remote)TTEC is seeking an Operations Leader to join our leadership team supporting a multi-client book of business in our State/Local public sector business. If this sounds like you, and you're looking for a rewarding career, then TTEC's Operations team might be the place for you!What you'll be doing: The VP, Operations is responsible for the overall strategy of their Operations team. This means that you are responsible for fulfilling the high expectations we set for our client relationships. We meet our promises and find new ways to consistently perform. In this role, you will partner and develop relationships directly with clients and executive leadership ensuring program success while uncovering prospective expansion options. This role reports a Sr. Vice President, Operations based out of the US. Responsibilities:--- Develop and maintain strong, positive client relationships with clients by building a bridge to the client and evaluating the opportunities for growth.--- Prepare business plans for new markets and expansion of existing markets. Overall development of business operations, broadening the company's business around the globe.--- Establish and execute upon operating procedures consistent with the companies policies and objectives.--- Evaluate the results of operations regularly and systematically and report to senior leadership.--- Ensure all organization activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.--- Ensure that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all operations departments are defined and understood.--- Oversee the operations department to ensure a fiscally responsible operation. Preparation of cost analysis for new business ventures, entailing labor costs, industry trends, suppliers, and potential growth opportunities.What skills you'll need:--- Bachelor's degree in business, or related field.--- At a minimum, 15 years managerial experience in a BPO work environment. Related outsourcing operations experience in a global set up with public sector experience (State/Local) is preferred--- Good understanding of managing account financials and ability to do projections, manage costs and profitability directly.--- Excellent oral and written communication skills--- Strong general management experience including operations, human capital, facilities and financial management.--- Ability to lead and partner successfully with teams, management and client.--- Strong coaching, people, and leadership skillsCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSThe anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $170,000 - $200,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
