Job Description:
Paradise Residential Services LLC is adding a Quality Assurance
Director to our growing Team! The primary function of the Q.A.
Director is to ensure the agency is following and meeting the most
up to date regulatory and licensing requirements, and to provide
the clinical team with timely updates. Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct trainings and monitor training compliance. Determines
whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or
standards. Disseminates written policies and procedures related to
compliance activities. Files appropriate compliance reports with
regulatory agencies such as license applications,licensing
requests, plan of corrective actions,renewals or waiver submissions
for all residential group homes Provides technical advice and
assistance on the requirements of the Section 21 and related
federal and state disabilities laws and regulations. Is
knowledgable of updates and changes happening under section 21 and
provides timely reports to department heads Provides Policy updates
to Human Resources Provide reports regarding compliance in all
residential group homes quarterly Conduct audits of residential
group homes quarterly and 2 weeks prior to any inspection Conducts
regular quality assurance inspection of residential group home to
ensure it meets licensing standards. Auditing calendar will be
utilized and shared. Additionally, audits will take place 2 weeks
prior to a scheduled audit. Identifies compliance issues that
require follow-up or investigations Documents violations, notifies
applicable departments of necessary repairs and monitors progress
of repairs or corrections until completion. Reports violations of
compliance or regulatory standards to identified departments.
Maintains documentation of compliance activities, such as
complaints received or investigation outcomes. Weekly review of
Agency completion of Documentation Enroll new clients into Therap
Enter Client ISP into Therap for move in's and update annual plans
Ensures that all training requirements are up to date and meet
state licesning regulations for all staff employed with agency
Provides trainings for all CDS, CPR, Orientation classes. Assists
with additional projects as needed Monitors employee training
certificates utilizing Paychex Learning system Provide training for
contracted agencies as directed by Human Resources Qualifications
and Education Requirements: High School Diploma with at least 4-6
years' experience. DSP Certification and ability to facilitate
training CPR Certification and CPR Trainer Certification CRMA
Certification Preferred Skills: Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply
principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and
practical problems. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and
concrete principles. Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel,
Paychex Learning,Therap Must have strong time management skills,
Exceptional Oral and written communication skills Professionalism
while conducting job duties. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000 -
$60,000 per year Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision

Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Portland, ME: Reliably commute
or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Requires travel to
our programs in Windham, Standish, Gray, Westbrook, and Lewiston/
Auburn, Maine Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3
