If you are skilled in relationship building, are a strong people-manager, and thrive in a fast-paced role where youre balancing multiple responsibilities at one time, we encourage you to apply!Your ImpactOperational Management:Oversee and optimize daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care.Efficiently manage and lead the scheduling operations for the clinic, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and staff to meet patient needs.Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to maintain a high standard of patient service.Enforce clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Act as the point of contact for any patient feedback, working with the Medical Leadership team to address concerns.Place and manage orders for medical supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.Coordinate with the finance department to track expenses related to supplies and ensure adherence to the budget.Team Leadership:Recruit, train, supervise, and engage clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative and supportive work environment.Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to enhance staff development.Foster teamwork and effective communication among all clinic team members.Strategic Planning:Collaborate with the Regional Leadership team (Director of Operations & Medical Director) to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives.Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.Implement strategies to enhance the clinic's market presence and community engagement.Quality Assurance:Monitor and maintain compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation criteria.Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.Communication and Collaboration:Partner with your District Director along with corporate resources to ensure effective communication and goal alignment.Who You AreExceptional people manager and team leader: 1-3 years of demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and growing teamsExperience in similar roles: Demonstrated skills in medical practice management, human resources, and data analysisDriven and self-motivated: Ability to work independently, possess a level of initiative and enthusiasm to help drive resultsEffective communicator (written and verbal) and cross collaborator: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders across the organizationKnowledge of healthcare or adjacent industry: Familiarity with medical billing systems, basic medical coding, and basic medical terminologyTechnically savvy: Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically SharePoint, Word, and ExcelAvailability: Work in clinic Monday through Friday with a rotating on-call for weekends and flexibility to support the opening and closing of clinic regularlyBonus QualificationsExperience as an LPN, RN or Medical AssistantDegree in Health Management, Health Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience with Value Based CareExperience using tools such as Clockwise, ADP, and EnviWhy ConvenientMD?Collaborative team environment that encourages professional growthUrgent care services at no cost to our team members and their familiesExtensive benefit offerings including health, dental, and vision coverage, company paid short-term disability, and optional pet insurance401k match after one year of serviceAccess to our Primary Care (depending on location)Educational Alliance with Purdue University Global and reduced tuition rates for team members and their familiesEmployer rewards and access to discounts offered on services and products such as hotels, travel, entertainment, restaurants, and moreThere's a job and then there's purposeful, transformative work.
