Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Service Now
Engineering, IT.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic guidance and manage IT operational teams
Plan and direct project activities, ensuring successful completion
of deliverables
Manage business applications to ensure performance and compliance
with IT standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field plus relevant work
experience
Master's Degree in a related field plus relevant work
experience
Certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are preferred
Expert understanding of IT processes and ability to manage a
team
Ability to develop metrics that demonstrate IT value to the
business
