Input from customers, suppliers and technology partners, together with research and observations in the field, help drive the systems forward. Lead, manage and drive the delivery of precision mechatronics module, product and system integration, and software functionality, all specific to ASML lithography tools.This position is responsible for both managerial and technical leadership, focusing on the concept, analysis, development, and delivery of intricate lithography components.Currently evolving the culture, ASML is focused on becoming a growth-oriented company that moves fast. Thus, this role is an exciting proposition for the Reticle Handler Mechatronics Leader to play an integral part in a well positioned, newly created enterprise.Reporting RelationshipsThe Reticle Handler Mechatronics Leader reports to the Head of Development & Engineering in Wilton and is a member of the Wilton management team.Primary ResponsibilitiesRepresent Wilton's Management team and lead by example, building a strong team in line with growth and retaining top talentLeading a group of engineers to perform conceptual design, analysis and development ofnew products and innovative changes to existing productsWorking together with Senior Technical Leaders to define deliverables for mechanical,electrical, software, mechatronics, and industrial engineersCollaborating with multiple engineering disciplines to ensure timely realization ofcompetitive, serviceable products that keep the semiconductor industry moving forwardResponsible for resource allocation working with Project Leaders to anticipate programstaffing and skillset needsLead continuous improvement projects to further improve the quality and efficiency of the organizationQualificationsBachelor or Master degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or relevant engineering field.Minimum of 3 years in a people leadership role.Experience leading a multi-disciplinary technical program preferred.Previous experience within the semiconductor industry or precision engineering field preferred but not required.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively and influence change across businesses, functions, geographies and levels with a global and customer-focused mindset.Adept at driving new ideas and changing direction quickly in a fast-paced environment.Highly developed critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.International, global management experience strongly preferred.Preferred SkillsStrong leadership and delegation; Effective communication; Problem-solving; Change management; Team facilitation; Lean Manufacturing knowledge; Continuous process improvement; Analytical skills; Organizational skills; Data interpretation; Project budget management; Detailed project planning; Risk assessment; Stakeholder management; Negotiation; Relationship building; Customer orientation; Multitasking; Decision-making; Process Improvement.We appreciate your interest in becoming part of our team!
