Job Description:
Introduction to the jobASML US brings together the most creative

States including main offices in Chandler, Arizona, San Jose and
San Diego, California, Wilton, Connecticut, and Hillsboro,
Oregon.This position is for a Group Lead (Manager) to manage the
department in EUV Production Engineering (PE) responsible for the
EXE Top Module. Manager is expected to have an innovative attitude
to work in Manufacturing Engineering, and the ability to manage
engineers of varying disciplines and backgrounds. The position will
have a direct connection to module output, as this group will serve
as the backbone for New Product Introduction of EXE to the factory,
and process improvements in the EXE Business Line.This position
requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export
Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730, et seq.). Qualified
candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled
technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require
ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to
access controlled technology.Role and responsibilitiesResponsible
for people management and career development activities including
recruiting, onboarding, training, mentoring, coaching, and
performance evaluation.Develop and maintain department long-term
financial plan, Target Annual Plan (TAP).Drive business cases
development and support project leads in Configuration Control
Board meetings.PE representation with Senior Management, including
regular reporting to Factory Leads, Wilton Management Team (WMT),
and EF managementRepresent and support Production Engineering teams
in management-level progress reviews and cross-sector
meetings.Working with and supporting development engineers to
converge on an overall design solution that addresses comprehensive
production manufacturability with high level of diagnostics for
troubleshooting.Responsible for ensuring that NPI responsibilities
are met with high quality.Responsible for leading production
engineering group developing and maintaining module manufacturing
processes.Responsible for leading production engineering group
investigating technical issues both analytically using design
documentation and physically with hands-on in a production
environment. Emphasis should be placed on proactive and systematic
problem-solving.Manage engineering roadmaps that align with
business and manufacturing goals.Maintain visibility on emerging
trends and technologies to future proof manufacturing
solutionsResponsible for leading production engineering group
supporting operations to deliver modules on time that meet high
standards of quality.Report production status, issues, gaps and
barriers to Sr. Management. Timely escalate in case of issue that
cant be solved within the own circle of influence.Drive
cross-sector teams to achieve high standards of quality for both
product and tooling.Education and experienceMinimum of Bachelors of
Science Degree in Engineering (or related technical field)
required; MS or MBA preferred or equivalent experience.You must
have Management experience leading a team.7+ years in
production/manufacturing challenging technical environment with at
least 3+ years of experience in a leadership capacity including
direct or indirect people management.Ability to communicate
effectively in the English language both written and
oral.Experience in developing Manufacturing readiness plans to
introduce new products into Production.Experience in leading
cross-sector teams to implement Manufacturing readiness plans for
new product industrialization.Experience in developing budgetary
needs for capital equipment and headcount.Experience in managing
new product introduction and industrialization.Background in
manufacturing engineering is preferred.Background in
electromechanical equipment/interfaces is preferred.SkillsWorking
