fast-paced role where you'll be managing and processing customer
orders-while building relationships that lead to repeat business

primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong
relationships and providing personalized service.Manage a large
volume of customer orders with speed, accuracy, and attention to
detailBuild relationships with your assigned accounts and act as
their go-to resourceIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
through conversations and order historyGuide clients toward the
best product and branding options for their needsCollaborate with
internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders
and delivery of products.Deliver excellent service via phone and
email and resolve client issues and concerns in a prompt and
professional mannerTrack activity and communication in our CRM to
manage your pipeline effectivelyOver time, transition into a more
traditional Account Manager role focused on sales growth and
account retentionRequirements:What We're Looking ForPrevious
experience in sales, account management, or customer success in a
high-volume environmentProven success managing client relationships
and hitting performance goalsStrong organization and multitasking
skills-you're comfortable handling high volume without sacrificing
