Assistant Director of Youth and College MinistryEmployment Type: Full-timeLocation: Saco, MainePosted Date: March 20, 2025Good Shepherd Parish is looking for a full-time Assistant Director for Youth and College Ministry. This person will be a liaison between Good Shepherd Parish, St. James School, and UNE.The Assistant Director for Youth and College Ministry must be outgoing and engaging. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, outreach to youth and parishioners, and developing, articulating, and facilitating dynamic youth ministry programs for middle school, high school, and college-age students. The Assistant Director for YCM will coordinate and lead activities on and off campuses like hikes, retreats, and regularly scheduled gatherings which offer inspiration and guidance to young people, helping them foster a deeper relationship with Christ and encouraging active involvement in parish life.
