Description Summary:The LincolnHealth Community Health Project
Manager position is responsible for facilitating the planning,
implementation, and post-implementation phases of various community
health strategic projects and programs. Current work is focused on
healthy aging, youth mental health and tobacco prevention
education. Work collaboratively with community partners, local
schools and Pen Bay, Waldo and Mid Coast Community Health teams to
implement work plans and facilitate trainings. Community Health,
Public Health or Healthcare related experience preferred. Work is
primarily on-site; limited remote work. Required Minimum Knowledge,
Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
