DescriptionData Solutions, a unit of Aon's Talent Solutions North
America practice, is seeking an experienced rewards consultant to
support our growing rewards advisory practice focused on Financial
Services clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive
compensation consulting experience, strong data analytics skills,
and thrive in a fast-paced environment.In this role, you will
manage multiple client engagements, leading a team to deliver
high-quality solutions. You will also contribute to developing the
technical and consulting skills of team members, especially in job
architecture, career leveling frameworks, and modeling compensation
programs aligned with client strategies.Position
Responsibilities
- Act as 2nd chair and primary contact on complex projects,
leading smaller projects independently. Manage project billing and
invoicing.
- Oversee project work, including excel modeling, analysis, and
report drafting.
- Ensure client deliverables are met on time and within
budget.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders,
identify opportunities for additional services, and resolve issues
related to timelines, quality, or team performance.
- Contribute to content development, research, and thought
leadership, such as articles, white papers, or webcasts.
- Foster a professional, client-focused environment and support
team development to enhance work quality and client
relationships.
- Support firm capability development through recruitment,
training, and other initiatives.Desired Knowledge and
Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a master's
degree or MBA is preferred.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to
Finance Services and recent compensation consulting
background.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
- Strong relationship-building, decision-making, and
interpersonal skills suited for a fast-paced consulting
environment.
- Deep knowledge of employee compensation strategies, including
base pay, incentives, and career architecture.
- Knowledge of Aon Radford McLagan platform is a plus.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication
skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.We OfferA
