Who we are looking forGlobal Liquidity Management (GLM) is part
of the Global Treasury within the Finance organization with
responsibility managing the firm's liquidity risk. A primary focus
of GLM is to analyze, measure, and manage the liquidity position
and liquidity risk profile in order to ensure that State Street and
its international entities can meet all contractual and contingent
financial obligations through typical market cycles as well as
periods of stress. Through meaningful, timely, transparent,
multidimensional and globally harmonized measures, GLM provides key
stakeholders the necessary transparency and understanding of the
liquidity position, its risks and how liquidity can be affected and
influenced.As part of GLM, the Assistant Vice President of
Collateral Management will be responsible for analyzing, reporting
and pro-active optimizing the firm's collateral inventory. This
includes working closely with all aspects of the Liquidity
Management and Portfolio trading team, providing critical insights
and immediate collateral mobilization and substitution.Why this

up for.What you will be responsible forAs an Assistant Vice
President of Collateral Management you will:
- Own and design processes to optimize collateral allocation
across international legal entities, business units and settlement
venues, including ensuring sufficient collateral is pledged in
order to facilitate access to intraday and end of day credit
lines.
- Utilize coding skills (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA, or similar) to
automate repetitive tasks, enhance data analysis, and improve
reporting efficiency.
- Support portfolio management strategy by identifying unique
collateral value opportunities aligned with NII objectives.
- Ensure that monetization options are identified, tested and
documented in conjunction with the Global Treasury trading desk and
Liquidity Analytics Team.What we valueThese skills will help you
succeed in this role:
- Sound knowledge of US liquidity regulations with exposure to
international markets an advantage.
- Practical experience of coding large, complex data sets e.g.
Python.
- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to
articulate complex issues succinctly to senior forums.
- Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, work independently
while maintaining attention to detail and meet deadlines in a
demanding and deadline-oriented environment.
- Experience in preparing presentations for executive management
and regulators.
- Strong collaboration skills, working with business partners,
risk functions, and corporate audit.Education & Preferred
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in treasury, collateral middle office,
consulting or related field.
- Bachelor Degree in a related field (Finance, Economics, Applied
Mathematics, Statistics).
- CFA or working towards a strong advantage.About State
