The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management within the healthcare sector, demonstrating the ability to coordinate various stakeholders, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to industry standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage healthcare projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these metrics. Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and regulatory bodies. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the healthcare sector. Strong understanding of construction processes and healthcare facility design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Familiarity with project management software, such as Procore. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
