eligible.Position SummaryThe Automated Dispensing Cabinet (ADC)
Technician, in conjunction with Pharmacy Leadership and Pharmacy IT
Staff, will focus on the day-to-day operation, monitoring,
maintenance and optimization of the Automated Dispensing Cabinets
(ADCs). The ADC Technician will also perform those duties required
of pharmacy technicians, as needed, as well as other tasks, as
assigned. The ability to work flexible hours may be required at
times.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: High school diploma or GED certificate preferred.
Associates Degree and/or CPhT certificate is preferred.
License/Certifications: See "Education." Eligible or currently
licensed as a pharmacy technician in the State of Maine.
Experience: N/A Excellent verbal and written communication skills
are required. Possesses a high level of problem-solving and
organizational skills; sensitive to deadlines and responds timely
to requirements. Highly independent with the analytical ability to
prioritize work assignments, maintain a variety of records and
assist in the development/maintenance of applicable departmental
policies and procedures. Technical expertise related to information
