The Nurse Manager is part of a collaborative team and provides direct oversight and support to the CRMAs and PSSs on the assigned unit. Clinical assessments, progress notes, and active participation in resident care meetings is routine. As the nurse manager, you will report directly to the Director of Residential Services.
