Summary Position Highlights:


  • Supervises a program that offers intensive therapeutic services to mitigate risk of hospitalization amongst short term, acute and dynamic population
  • Supports administrative tasks and delivers individual and group therapy

    Position Summary:


    • Supervision and Performance management of staff assigned to the program, patient outcomes, design and delegation
    • Supports the clinical team in consistent high quality and cost-effective clinical care
    • Delivers short term, group based interventions
    • 40 hour work week, office open 8-5:30, M-F


      What we are looking for:


      • An individual with an LCSW, RNCS, Ph.D or PsyD ready to jump into our team, and help us continue to provide excellent care in our vision of working together so our communities are the healthiest in America.
      • Experience in aspects of supervision
      • A caring and empathetic member of our team, able to provide services in a manner and language respective to the age and comprehensive level of the diverse clients and their families.


        Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)


      • Education: Professional level of knowledge of mental health systems, human resources, and organizational management generally required through a master's or higher level of education and 3 or more years of supervisory experience.
      • License/Certifications: Current clinical license to practice at the independent level in the State of Maine, including RNCS, LCSW, Ph.D., or PsyD.
      • Experience: See "Education." Knowledge of and experience with performance/quality improvement strategies and processes.
      • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills as required for working with staff, hospital personnel, community agencies, other providers, and patients and their families.
      • Strong clinical knowledge base and experience in delivering evidence based treatment.
