Rehabilitation Facility* in *Orono, ME*. This position is perfect

sign monitoring, and EHR documentation* Compassionate, reliable,
and effective communicator*Key Responsibilities:** Assist patients
with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility* Observe and report
changes in residents conditions* Support rehabilitation efforts
through safe, patient-centered assistance* Maintain accurate
documentation and ensure a clean, safe care environment*
Collaborate with nurses and rehab staff to execute care plans*Apply
