Job Description:
The Nurse independently practices within a similar clinical
setting, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of patient
care and managing long-term goals. Provides routine and complex
nursing care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning,
intervention, and evaluation, aligned with ANA standards. Addresses
psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients
and families, providing education and support. Administers
medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring for side
effects and effectiveness. Documents patient history, symptoms,
medications, and care activities accurately. Delegates tasks
appropriately to team members to manage clinical situations
effectively. Meets competency expectations related to
self-leadership and team leadership. Requires a Bachelor of Science
in Nursing (preferred), 1 year of related experience (preferred),
BLS certification, and an active RN license in the state of
employment or compact. This is a Per Diem position, as needed, not
to exceed 950 characters.
