Job Description:
Experienced nurse with the ability to practice independently in
a similar clinical setting, managing routine and complex patient
care.
Demonstrates awareness of all relevant aspects of patient
situations and makes appropriate assignments or delegations.
Provides nursing care aligned with ANA standards, including
assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social
needs, tailoring care accordingly.
Administers medications and treatments using proper protocols,
monitors for side effects, and documents all care and patient
information.
Evaluates learning needs and educates patients, families, or
caregivers, identifying resources as needed.
Qualifications include a BSN preferred, 1 year of relevant
experience, BLS certification, and an active RN license in the
state or compact.
Full-time role, Monday-Friday, 6:30AM-3:00PM, with required call
and a 30-minute response time.
