Job Description:

We are seeking CDL A Teams Drivers earning an average of $4,000 weekly, split between drivers, with FREE insurance and flexible hometime options. Our dedicated private fleet offers all miles paid at .80 per mile split, with most teams averaging 5,000-5,500 miles weekly. Drivers are out 10-12 days and home 2-3. Benefits include a $2,500 sign-on bonus per driver, referral bonus, company-paid medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, and life insurance, with no weekly out-of-pocket costs or deductibles. Fleet includes 2021+ vehicles like Volvos, Freightliners, Peterbilts, and Internationals. Drivers earn 1.54 hours of PTO weekly, starting day one, plus holiday pay, detention pay, and pay for stops, breakdowns, and weather delays. Additional perks include orientation pay, quarterly bonuses, driver recognition, clean inspection bonuses, per diem, no-touch freight, pet-friendly policies, weekly direct deposit, and a 401K with up to 6% match. Requirements: 24+ years old, Class A CDL, at least one year of verifiable OTR experience, willing to team, and meet FMCSA standards.
