Job Description:
Location: Worcester, MA -----" Main Street Outpatient (CC:
100)
Full-time position (at least 40 hours, Monday-Friday)
Salary ranges: $65,000-$67,200 (Masters), $69,400-$73,800 (LADC-1),
$77,100-$88,000 (LMHC/LICSW), based on licensure & experience;
productivity bonuses available

Provides individual clinical services and case management for
clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis
needs
Facilitates group treatment using approved curriculum and
protocol
Refers clients to community services as needed
Maintains current clinical skills, licensure, and attends required
trainings and meetings
Qualifications: Minimum Master's degree in a related field and at
least one year supervised counseling experience; LICSW or LMHC
preferred
