Job Description:
Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct and
indirect nursing care following physician orders and resident care
plans.
Performs resident reviews on admission, monitors ongoing health
status, and documents findings electronically.
Updates care plans based on resident status changes and
communicates updates to staff.
Administers and documents medications, treatments, and procedures
as prescribed.
Responds to resident and family concerns, documenting actions
taken.
Conducts rounds to ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and
receiving planned care.
Assists with activities of daily living and supervises direct care
staff.
Requires current LPN registration, CPR certification, strong
communication, leadership skills, and basic computer proficiency.
Interest in geriatric care is preferred.
