Master's or PhD in a science or engineering field.Proven ability to lead an organization across multiple sites.Experience in one or more of the following RF/EW, Autonomy, Optical Systems, Digital Signal Processing, or Model Based Systems Engineering.Significant exposure to Research and Development programs.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
