Job Description:

*Adult Nurse Practitioner needed for a full-time position in Norwalk, Connecticut.* The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive outpatient primary and preventive care services within a welcoming, inclusive, and affirming practice dedicated to serving the LGBTQ+ community. Prior experience in LGBTQ+ health, primary care, internal medicine, women's health, and gynecology is preferred.
