Job Description Internal Medicine Opening in Groveton, NH-Full
Time & Permanent Position.-Experience required.-Primary Care.This
is an opportunity to join our team in a rural community in northern
New Hampshire. This role offers the opportunity to make a
meaningful impact by providing comprehensive care to patients of
all ages (or adults) in a close-knit, underserved community. Rural
medicine allows the delivery of high-quality primary care,
including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management, to
participate in community health initiatives, and promote wellness
education.Details-High elderly population.-Experienced in Chronic
Disease Management.-16-22 patients per day.-36 patient hours, 4hrs
of admin time.-May participate in day-time call rotation (no after
hour call).-EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation.-Supported by
an RN Team leader and medical assistant.Benefits:-Competitive base
