Experience & Requirements: - Active RRT Certification - Active Maine or Compact License - Current BLS (AHA required) - Active NRP Certification - Minimum 3 years of recent hospital-based experience - Experience in acute and critical care, including adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations - Familiarity with EPIC EMR - Ability to float to NICU, PICU, ED, and adult units Preferred Experience: - Current ACLS (AHA preferred) - Experience in tertiary or teaching hospital settings - Background in NICU/PICU or cardiothoracic care
