Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Registered Respiratory Therapist for a local contract job in Berlin, New Hampshire. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 02/09/2026 - Duration: 52 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract 2 openings - Permanent - Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) (Days) Berlin, NH Hourly Range: $30.15 - $37.69 (Based on experience (0 years is base, and 10 years is the midpoint) Salary Range: $62,712 - $78,395.20 Shift Notes: Monday-Friday 8hr Days 40hrs/week Weekend Requirements: None On Call Requirements: None Requirements: - Education, Required Licenses/Certifications: Graduate from an approved/accredited Program of Respiratory Care and a current New Hampshire License/Registration is Required. - Knowledge of evidence-based practices and techniques for respiratory care. Current ACLS certification or eligible for certification by National Board of Respiratory Care. PALS and NRP certification or must be able to obtain within six (6) months of hire. Required - Must be CPR Certified and demonstrate judgment capabilities regarding diagnostic and therapeutic modalities. Required - Neonatal resuscitation certification preferred. Work Experience, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: - Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of applicable physiology and pathology. - Ability to work independently. A willingness to work in a team-oriented environment is necessary. - Effective communication skills are required. Five years of clinical experience preferred; however, new graduates will be considered. - Familiarity with computer applications required. - Must have technical aptitude and a willingness to learn software applications. Certification Requirements - ACLS - BLS - NBRC - NRP - PALS State License Requirements - New Hampshire Compact Allowed Additional License Requirements - NH or Compact license must be in-hand at time of upload.
